Sometimes people like to get all of their projects done at once. If you’re looking to maximize your projects while we are there, here are some of our most popular requests:

1. Decks
The sunshine and rain can cause a lot of wear and tear on the exteriors of your home, so we have gotten a lot of calls to reseal decks.  As long as most of your deck is in pretty good shape, resealing your deck is a great way to renew that exterior living space.

2. Power washing
Interestingly, lack of sunlight can cause mildew to develop on your siding and other exterior parts of your home. Power washing is a great way to clean these areas, sometimes avoiding the need to repaint.

3. Replacing old or damaged caulking
Damaged or old caulking is a common problem throughout the house, especially in and around bathtubs, showers, kitchen counters and windows.  Replacing the caulk in your kitchen and bathroom spaces can often make these areas feel a lot cleaner and more put-together, and can also help prevent water from getting in spaces where it doesn’t belong.  Recaulking is a quick and very affordable way to make improvements, whether you are getting ready to sell your house or plan to continue living there.

4. Cleaning Gutters
Cleaning gutters is always a popular project, because it is a recurring task if you have trees around your house. Some people have to clean their gutters at least twice a year, which suffice to say, may not be their favorite chore. The frequency with which gutters need to be cleaned really depends on how many trees are around your house and how much debris falls from those trees.

5.  Replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures
Our customers often ask us to replace their older fans and light fixtures with more updated styling, to freshen up their interior and even exterior spaces.

Interestingly, lack of sunlight can cause mildew to develop on your siding and other exterior parts of your home.

Recaulking is a great way to improve your home before putting it on the market.
